Pricing model
PodWarden charges per organization, not per server or per seat. One price covers all servers, all deployments, and all workloads within that organization.
The rationale: PodWarden runs on your hardware. Your compute, your electricity, your bandwidth. Adding a server to your fleet has zero marginal cost to PodWarden, so there is no charge for it.
Paid tiers cover the things that cost PodWarden money: cloud infrastructure for the catalog and fleet API, registry storage for image caching, and support staffing.

FAQ highlights
The pricing page includes answers to common questions:
- Is the free tier actually free? -- Yes. No credit card, no time limit, no trial.
- What happens if I add 50 servers on Free? -- It works. No server limits on any plan.
- How do DDNS subdomains work? -- Auto-generated or custom slugs under
vxloc.com. IP auto-detected every 5 minutes, DNS updated via Cloudflare, HTTPS via Let's Encrypt on your gateway node. - What does "per organization" mean? -- One price covers the entire organization. Limits apply to team member count and cluster count, not servers or deployments.
- Do you offer SLAs? -- No uptime SLAs (your infrastructure, not ours). Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and direct engineering access.
- Can I switch plans? -- Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
- What if I stop using PodWarden? -- Your clusters are standard K3s. Uninstall PodWarden and your infrastructure keeps running.
